Kristine Slead has over 19 years experience in real estate. Starting out as an assistant to an REO broker in 1986, she obtained her license in 1989 and has sold over 300 residential properties for over 20 lending institutions and corporations including Fannie Mae, Countrywide, and GE Capitol Mortgage Insurance. Shauna Bland-- When calling Bancroft's Accounting Dept., you will be greeted by the bright and cheery voice of Shauna Bland. Shauna holds the position of Accounting Manager. Shauna is a licensed Real estate professional as well. Shauna, a native San Diegan since 1997 has sold over 100 residential Properties and land. She is also an active member of the San Diego Board of Realtors as well as California and National Associations.

Vickihas been a Realtor since 1985. During her first five years in sales, she accepted the position of office manager and then of sales manager in a Century 21 office in La Jolla. In the late 80's and early 90's she was very successful in selling Fannie Mae foreclosure properties in all areas of San Diego county.

Vicki has had the opportunity to set up new real estate offices; one for a mortgage company in San Diego and another for a new construction company in Tucson, Arizona.

She has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Arizona and in California. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors as well as the San Diego Association of Realtors. She is credentialed as a "Seniors Real Estate Specialist".

Vicki has lived in San Diego since 1970. She is very knowledgeable about many areas of San Diego. Bud Arriola is our Field Representative and IT Specialist.

Budmaintains on-going visual inspections of listed properties to make sure our properties are being maintained in the best condition possible. Additionally Bud in in charge of verifying repairs made by contractors prior to issuing payment. In his spare time, Bud is a full time student majoring in computer science. We are fortunate to have Bud working at Bancroft Realty.
